Girls love playing with make-up and doing facials. Manicures and painting toenails would be great too.
Also, have you tried baking cookies from scratch with 11 year old girls? That's another option.

Try shootout - The person asks another a whacky question which the respndent has to answer with a whacky answer within 40 seconds. Rules - No personal attacks and no complaints about the question qualify as the answer.
You lose when you are unable to answer a question for the 5th time.
Storyteller is where one starts the story, brings one or more characters to a crisis and then the other person takes it from there, salvages the characters and puts them in a fresh crisis before handing the story back to the partner. You lose if you take longer than 1 minute to think. Then the winner starts the next story.

Well i think at that age board games should be fine. Or maybe some video games if they enjoy them.
