i have another problem with MAME. when EVERY game completes loading, it returns to the list of games on MAME?

You are missing the parent rom(s) or a bios file or a chd file.

What game?

The easiest thing to do is first get all the bios files from this link http://www.efmovie.com/mame.htm Scroll down to the table listing bios files and click them and place in you rom folder, keep them zipped.

okay next if your trying to play a game that is bootleg or newer version of a game you might have to download the original game rom(s) also, they provide the main program for the game and the newer rom is like a update file.

And finally if you need a chd file you need to read at the folling link:
