I click on my computer open up the local disk c There was so many files ,What do i delete or keep.

lol you NEED ur local disk C. EVERYTHING is in there. right click the icon for that drive, go to properties. if you have a lot of GBs left, dont touch it. do not delete anything from the C drive unless u REALLY know what ure doing. the only way you should take stuff out is goign to add remove programs. you can cause ur computer to be very unstable if u delete files from C:/

First use Tools, Folder Options, View and untick "Hide extensions for known file types". Also ensure that "Do not show hidden files and folders" and "Hide protected operating system files" have ticks. Then use View, Details and View, Arrange Icons by, Type. You can then select and delete .TMP files and others such as .JPG and .DOC.

Don;t delete "winnt or windows folder, programes files and documents folder.these folders are related to windows. all other folder can be ur personal data or might be temp files. delete extra files which u want

Sounds like you dont have the wherewithall to decide and unless you know what you are doin, dont delete anything other than files you created!
