The oldest game played on a home computer and not a video game system or arcade game?

I played a text adventure game on a commodore 64 in 1983, that might have been my first. I also played a video game on a Timex Sinclair in 1984 that had keyboard characters for graphics, and I loaded it into my computer from a data cassette.

I think the oldest game most of us have experience playing is a dungeons & dragons game generally known as Adventure, mine was called Rogue. You're an adventurer going into a dungeon to fight monsters and collect stuff, all the time gaining in experience.

Another very early home pc game is star trek. All the early systems had it. I never played that one.

I believe one of the first computer type games released for the public was one called Pong. In the 60's this was the closest thing there was to a video game. There were three or four games available, ping pong, tennis, bowling and maybe one other. The game was extremely simplistic compared to even the most childish game today and basically consisted of white dots moving across the screen with the only sound effects being pinging noises.
But hey, at the time we thought it was great.
