This section is for science! Clear thinking no rash conclusions on meager evidence and clear cut definitions. From the answers you got so far there is a gross confusion between the term element and chemistry.Elements are restricted in number somewhere in the low 100s. And that's it. The first two element produced by the big bang ar H2 and He. The rest are the result of Stars exploding in nova or super nova conditions. Here on earth we have produced elements that do not exist in any natural form and have a life span measured in billionths or trillionths of a second. So basically to get to your question NO there are no elements to be found on any other planets or satellites. But chemistry is a different question. Chemical reactions and variations are almost limitless. So yes it is possible to have Lakes of liquid He, CO2 snow, sulfur rivers, etc you can actually let your imagination go wild with exotic combinations of elements and all that within the confines of physical laws.

Yes. In fact, chemical discoverers are still searching for new elements in and outside earth. In the last 25 years, abotu 54 new elements have been discovered. However, the whole universe's atmosphere tends to the same constituents in different proportions.
