I am 20 years old and live in the USA. I hate it here. I hate our political system and just about everything about this country. What's a good place to move to where there is no war and no crummy government officials?

well at least you'll be less aware of the crummy govt officials, noplace makes evryone happy and if you're unhappy now your troubles will follow you. can't escape yourself where ever you go there you are. and it's really about you anyway, maybe you'll learn that maybe you need to, maybe you'll find what you want, it's worth a look. anywho

depends what you like, don't imagine you can rough it for very long, we're spoiled americans however proud and you'll be uncomfortable in a poorer nation for a long time before you fully adjust. that leaves you with western europe or japan, neither are in love w/ US right now. I'd reccommend Western Europe, england, france, italy, greece, Amsterdam but good luck getting in you're 20 so i doubt you are a doctor or skilled professional so unless you have tons of money to buy property and pay hefty taxes you're not getting citizenship or even a work visa. Sadly you can't just wander the world you need special permission and this is generally only given to skilled professionals who are desired to better the economy. You can go to 3rd world nations quite freely, stay and live, your High School education and fluent english will make you a very desirable employee in the worse places. certainly has it's price.

China is a developing place, you can get third world prices at almost 1st world quality, so this is desirable for you being unqualified. Technically you can't get a job there legally w/ out a BA degree, but if you are there already, you can find teaching work easy just cause your american. it's not a good idea to toy with chinese law and overstay visas but this is not a big deal to them some people have had problems but some seem to get away with quite a bit worse, you don't want to get on thier bad side for any reason.

as immigration between countries is difficult for the average person many residence visas and passports are for sale in some places. sorry so long.
