Make ur ADS user's member of backup operator. ur problem will be solve

Go to My Computer Properties->Remote->Remote Desktop

Enable this and select the domain users that you want to allow to connect to the Remote Desktop.

This has to be done on each W2k3 machine you want to work with. Also works with WinXPSP2.

yeah we can give rights to the user, in order to install any programs in user login on the client system before of that we mush add the account with administrator group in ads.
u can make that to go for builtin and administrators and make sure that is the exact group to be add. read the explanation on there. and u do so. logoff and login the client machine and try it.

Im not familiar with windows 2003, or ADS. I do use vnc and it's pretty simple. I suggest giving it a try. It's open source also.
