Are you talking about the fishing rod that Colin gave you, or fishing at Hena's? To fish with the rod that Colin gave you get the fishing rod in the water, wait for the the colorful stick to be under the water and point the remote up. Fishing at Hena's, cast the rod and reel the lure close to a fish, when a fish bites the lure hold the remote up and spin the nunchuck like a fishing pole. When the fish gets close to the boat, press A and B buttons to get the fish out of the water.
