Acute intoxication due to a combination of painkillers, psychotic drugs and OTC cold medication it caused him to have a drug induced heart attack. Which I think seriously this is what happened to Anna Nicole Smith since the ME found her heart to be enlarged somewhat(drug addicts who OD tend to have seriously enlarged hearts due to their drug use) which indicates she had drugs in her system even though they didnt find pills, but your tissues can harbor traces of drugs when it doesnt show up in your blood stream.
