Those bands are hard to compare, mostly because they're style, lyrics and instruments are so different. But System of a down is the clear choice. They've put out more stuff and have experimented with a lot more sounds. underoath can be cool but haven't done what soad has

No comparison there, SOD has the the meaningful lyrics, the looks, they are instrumental masters and they are politically correct. SOD gets my vote.
