I am always serious about my study. love to read & want to build a better future as an Architect. everything is nice & beautiful around me. but sometimes i become frustrated. I start thinking what will i do in future, i'm not able to do anything good, i'm alone in this world, people around me doesn't love me( though it is not right). everything seems to be annoying to me. loose my confidence. it stays about 2-3 days and then again I become normal. I am a very happy person with my boyfriend. even he can't understand why i am so much upset though there is no reason. can you help me how can i increase my confidence??

I think u get depressed, suddenly, it happens to many people, especially people who are sensitive and creative and maybe artistically disposed. It passes away, but is better to avoid. Don't fall into self pity, it leads on to depression.

Am a happy person natually but there times wen am hit wit lonelyness but the thing to do is do the thing u know make u feel better,happy,if spending time with yo boyfrend is what u nid,just co him,dont worry about things u dont have control over,if the sun dont shine that day,dont take the whole day complaining y the sun dont sun,just put on some thing warm & live happly

it sounds like u go through bouts of depression...have u talked to a doctor about this because it sounds like u might have a little case of By Polar Disorder....no biggy, but if u do u need to talk to a doc asap

dunno sweetie. check your diet. go see ur doctor. get some blood tests. excercise. think of times that you were feeling good all the time and do those things again. oh ...has anything happened recently to stress you or make u feel bad...sometimes mood swings come on after something traumatic happened and upsets balance. hope u feel better peace
