Radical discrimination means that keeping differences based on caste, creed, religion, whites and blacks, etc. This radical discrimination was started by the Britishers with the people living in India.
According to me this radical discrimination is still going on in various places like Australia, America, Britain, etc. People still keep discrimination based on caste, creed whites and blacks, etc. The best example is that when Shilpa Shetty of our country had gone to a show Big Brother which had the majority of English people she was insulted and a proper behaviour was not given to her just because she was an Indian and did not have as whiter face as the other people had.
This rational discrimination must be stopped and some actions must ne taken against the people who keep rational discrimination. People must be made aware that keeping rational discrimination is not a good habit

Racial discrimination is still in America because the Native Americans and colored people are still not given equal opportunities with the Whites on some situations.

Yes - and no different then the majority of countries today, we all have the same problem. Except in America no-one is acting as militia's to ethnically cleanse out the minority, like some Middle East Country's.

Yes, happens more often than you would think. Last time that I personally experienced discrimination was about a two months ago. It seems (at least to me) to only happen in areas where there is a lack of diversity.

Yes. There's a whooooooooooole lot less of it today than there was before the Civil Rights Act of 1964. But there are still some people -- a very small number of people -- who discriminate.
