The only one I have seen being talked about is Brian Leonard. He is a beast. They are also talking about him being drafted as a full back, but possibly moving to tail back once in the NFL.

Being a Bolt backer, I have to say that full backs are an amazing commodity. Every running back that has followed Neal has done well.

Even the best fullbacks never get drafted in round 1. Part of the reason is that not every team uses a fullback. Also, it's not a high priority position. I believe Lorenzo Neal and Mack Strong are the best fullbacks in the NFL. Neal didn't get drafted until the 4th round by the Saints back in '93, and Strong was an undrafted free agent.

FB's are becoming less and less of an importance now in the NFL with the 2 half back systems now being ran. However if a FB that can block like Lorenzo Neal comes along and can take a teams running back (see Ladanian Tomlinson) to a new level then yes i believe teams will jump on a FB like that. Brian Leonard out of Rutgers has amazing athletic ability with/without the football and has an outside chance at the first round.

Like a few people have already said, Brian Leonard is the closest thing to a 1st round FB being taken. I don't see him going in the 1st round at all. He'll definitely get drafted in the 2nd or 3rd round, though.

FB are never 1st round picks. The use of FBs in the NFL is very limited so you'll never ever see one as a 1st round pick.

I'm a fullback and I have realized that it's an underrated position. I just got lucky to play in a system that runs nothing but the I formation.

Not many coaches run that kind of a game. And coaches that do already have a full back. I can see a blocking tight end like Fasano, but not a true full back.
