I asked my mom if I can ask her about girl issues, since she's a ma & that's her job. I mentioned that maybe I can see a doctor for dieting tips and excersize, but when I mentioned that maybe I can ask the doctor about breast enhancement too, cause doctors know this stuff, she just paused and said, "Just do excersize", which is counter effective, because breasts are fat, excersize melts fat, and so therefore I would only have higher pectoral muscles, but smaller breasts, and she even knew that, but she did not even listen and walked out of the room, saying she "was tired", which is code for, "I don't want to talk about this." Then, she told it to my dad!! I heard her say, "What is wrong with our daughter?", even though it is perfectly natural for a teen to ask these questions & then she told him. I can't believe that first, she doesn't give me advice and then she rats me out. 1) What is wrong with my mom? 2) Since it is obvious that I cannot rely on her, then who can I rely on?

Oh, and I have also been doing a lot of research on the Internet, but I cannot seem to find the right techniques for massaging & what to put in my diet for this stuff. Oh, and I know about Fenugreek, but I can't seem to get it, hmm...

It could be that your mom is embarrassed by the topic as well hun. Sometimes moms can get embarrassed to talk about subjects like this. You mentioned your dad, maybe you could tell him that you overheard what was said and wanted to get his thought on why she doesn't want to talk about this.
