David Beckham is no doubt a good player. Fabio Capello must have thought he has reached his prime and has thus certainly not done the right thing with him especially when he (Beckham) could get a more lucrative offer elsewhere. I feel there is an ego clash here

Yes. Beckham is an experienced player and if Capello didn't get the results from the young ones then I think it's just rational and wise for him to let Becks play.

I appreciatewhat he did last week. However it was very rude and foolish of him not to have played becham all the while. It was a right decision of beckham to leave the club for greener pastures and the fact remains that it not for a football player to sit on the bench.
But i still apperciate the fact that capello now is getting him to play for the club . Now beckham may regret leaving the club.

well capello is just grudging him but being a professional he must allow beckham to play for the team till his contract gets over..
moreover beckham's trademark free kick is only going to help the team and youngsters r going to learn from him....
capello's giving a bad impression of himself to the football community by taking this decision ...

He had to!
Cause the guy was working hard at training, you just can't ignore that if you are a professional coach and Fabio is a professional with a lot of experience.
