I still can’t remember how to spell seven words, they are excellent, except, excited, exciting, excuse, expensive and experience. I don’t know why?

May you give me a good idea to remember them please?

They are very similar. I find most challenges like this are overcome by writing them down. Start with one at a time, for, say, a week. Write it down several times, define it, use it in a sentence, then write it down a few more times. Do this at least once a day (unless you have a test to take sooner.) Do the next word the following week, etc.
After you learn the second one, review the first one. Ater you learn the third one, review the first two. And so on.

Break them into two groups: 1. the ones that start with exc and 2. the ones that start with exp.

Next, toss one of those groups aside for a week and forget about it. Only study the other group for that whole week. Write them over and over; make up sentences that have all those words in them; spell them out loud. Then next week, study the other group.

I suspect your problem could be that these words all *sound* like they'd start the same, but they don't. So you want to disassociate the exc words from the exp words so you don't get the beginnings mixed up when you're trying to remember one of the words.

For example, if you *only* associate expensive and experience together (the only two that start with exp) and you study them together, later on you'll remember that they are partners so to speak, and you'll only have to be able to recall for sure that ONE of them starts with exp ... and since you know they are partners, you'll remember that the other one starts with exp, too.

Get it?

:)

There is an excellent excuse that I am excited about sharing from my exciting experience, except it's expensive.

I don't know, I just spell them. You might try breaking them up into syllables, and then pronouncing each syllable phonetically. As in excellent: excel lent, ex cept, ex cited, ex citing, ex cuse, ex pensive, ex per i ence. I taught myself the spelling of many words over the years doing that, without knowing that it was really a mnemonic device. Try it. Good luck.

They all start with ex.Some have c while some have p.Work your way from there.Or you could try writing one column of that exact same word in the right spelling. That will help you to remember those words.

They all start with exc.

Try to remember one of them.

Chances are, they are so near alike, you will remember the others!
