I would be willing to bet it's Larry Birkhead's...he's laying low, isn't trying to make any financial gain with interviews and has always maintained the same story as to why he is sure she is his.....he isn't like Howard K. and the other jerks who are suddenly popping up claiming to be the Daddy...I truly believe his only interest is to have what is rightfully his, Dannilynn, and he could care less about the money associated with this little girl...he seems sincere and while the motives for the other losers are exposure and financial gain, he only wants to have access to his baby, and try to give her as normal a life as he can without the constant media circus the others so desperately seek....

Someone quoted Anna when she announced she was pregnant as having said the father was a photographer-Larry Birkhead this was when she was 2 months along. Unless Howard convinced her that he was the father since you heard nothing about this man much until this matter came to light of the paternity of her daughter Dannielynn. Howard seemed to have had too much involvement with her personally which made being client and lawyer too much to make sense out of.

I think it's Larry B, the photographer. The baby looks so much like him, especially her lips.
