I cannot recommend this one product enough:

Tribulus 1000 - 1500 mg a day/ 2 or 3 equal divided doses
With or without food.

I remember taking tribulus as a workout supplement. Tribulus is known to indirectly affect testosterone levels to promote an overall sense of well-being and energy. But with that energy comes a RAGING LIBIDO. I remembered working out and just staring at this one woman. My heart actually skipped a beat because I was thinking things like, "My god, if that was my girlfriend.... The things I would do to her....". It was incredible.

It's very cheap as well. I think $15 could last over a month.

At the same time, I never developed any negative side effects. When most people hear "testosterone", they immediately think roid rage or man boobs. This does no such thing nor have I ever heard such a case brought up. I've taken Tribulus on and off for up to 3 months at a time for 2 or 3 years now. I'm as healthy as can be. Try it, it's cheap and I promise it will work. You can even get it on Amazon.

There are several reasons, some of which are already covered by other answers above. But I shall focus on the following:
i. Your psychological comfort with your partner/spouse. If you are not psychologically 'OK" with your partner, you will experience sexual difficulties.
ii. Your stress levels and the time you have to really relax and unwind.
iii. The condition of your heart. Your lack of sexual energy could be an indication of a heart problem. If your heart is not efficient the flow of blood to your sexual organs gets impaired. No immediate concern, but keep a check by regular six-monthly ECG.

This happens, especially as we get older. I'm assuming that you're male, since you do not have an avatar up there that would help me with that.

There are suppliments out there that can help increase your sexual energy, as well as give you a performance boost. Two suppliments that I recommend are :

L-Arginine
Yohimbe Bark

Both are quite affordable, and taken in combination, you should regain your energy, and be quite sturdy when you need to be!

Firstly, improve your overall fitness. If you are not fit you will definitely not perform your best in bed. You also need to stimulate your mind. Try to relax and not be too anxious. Anxiety definitely rocks your confidence and your performance. Get your doc to prescribe some Viagara if all else fails. That helps a variety of performance issues.

like tension ....kinldy vist a doctor...

Secondl, if u feel that u do not have any tension... try taking Dates and milk... banana milk shake also helps..
if you are not vegitarian....than pegion meat and crabs soup would help too
