Do you as a woman loose that particular's guy respect. Do they view you as a cheap girl?

It's cool, it's called equality and there is less of a chance that men will reject women, then the other way around.

I don't think a guy will necessarily think of you as cheap if you immediately apporach him. I think it's all in the delivery. I mean, if you are hammered and you go up to a guy and say 'oh yeah, let's hook in!', then of course he is going to think you're cheap. But if you strike up a conversation, keep nice and friendly, then I think you'll be fine. Some guys are too shy to make the first move. So there really isn't much wrong with approaching a guy.

I think it's perfectly ok to make the first move. Us guys are always doing it and it would make a very pleasant change for the girl to do it sometimes. There is no reason to disrespect you for it either!
