drinking beer shouldnt be on any diet. celery basically has 0 calories so eating celery sticks basically burns more calories than the celery contains. Eating just celery would not be a good diet, however, celery is a healthy snack

i think dieting involves making a conscious effort to eat healthier - eating more fruits and veggies, and cutting out bad foods. anyone can eat carrot and celery sticks, but the dieter would be someone who has the choice between chocolate cake and carrots - and chooses the carrots!

Whatever makes you feel better!
Light beer has less carbs than regular. The only way it would be considered dieting would be if you only drank, say MGD, and then swiched to Miller Lite. and carrots instead of oh, french fries

what is the point of light beer? You'll need to drink twice as much to get equally drunk, and by that time you will have consumed an equal amount of calories.

You need to rethink your attitudes on eating.. You are going to have life long eating problems if that is your idea for losing weight. It may work for a few weeks but not for any length of time.

Yes, "light" doesn't have any calories.
Or, you can keep slender if you drink naked in a bar and then run like hell.
