When is the last time you when out into nature and found serenity?

Its been awhile since I been to the mountains and remember the stream trickling brought me some peace.

Daily in my mind. Hearing the ocean crash upon the shore of Catalina Island today was pretty relaxing though.

I find time to commune with nature to find solitude.It recharges me from the outside world.Usually, I do it during weekend either going to the beach or park.
