Happens to me all the time. I have to sleep almost continuously on my left side or I can't breathe properly with my sleep apnea. So my left arm or leg is always going numb on me.

Once I was having a nightmare that my arm was going to be amputated because there was something terribly wrong with it. In my dream, there was excruciating pain!!! I woke up with my arm hurting as bad as it was in my dream. I was sleeping on the couch and a nail was sticking out of it and into my arm around where my "funny" bone is. OUCH, OUCH OUCH!!!

No. However, I have woken up in the morning because I have to pee very badly, and both my hands are asleep and I can't turn the dang doorknob! Talk about panic!

What I hate even more is when my leg falls asleep in the daytime.
Because then it's going to up all night!

It happens to me almost every single night! If it's not my arm it's my leg or my foot or my hand.
It's a terrible feeling and it hurts.
