I was surfing and found that post. What do you think? Would you have the balls to claim to be divine?

If not, why not? The Buddhists do. They claim everyone is.

I agree that everyone is divine !

I feel that everyone has not realized it , that is why they feel it is not so!
Lets take a look at ourselves, in a very micro sense. See all the living cells and atoms in our body, Does this visualization look something like the universe.!!

it's not that i wouldn't have the balls to claim to be divine, it's that i know i'm not. it's not settling for mediocrity or anything just because you're not "divine", it's just who you are - it's who all humans are, and that's why we're HUMAN!

We are all divine. Most of us don't know it and are lost in blindness.

That's almost a dircet quote from the Bible. I wouldn't utter those words in that context, but speaking plain English, I don't see a conflict.
