How do you calculate error in an angle of incidence angle of refraction question?

One method that always works for this sort of thing:

Recalculate the answer twice, but instead of the given angle use:
1. the given angle PLUS the error in the angle,
and
2. the given angle MINUS the error in the angle.

Those two answers will deviate by roughly the same amount from the "real" answer. Use that deviation (or the larger of the two deviations) for the error in the answer.
