Those bikes are not good buys. For the money you want to spend and still get a good motorcycle look at Kymco and Hyosung they make a 125 that is not here in the states. I am not sure where you are and do not know the exchange rate dollars to pounds. These brands are cheaper than the big Japanese motor companies and just as good. They are NOT from china.

Why? I am Online from America in India looking at Indian 'cycles
after growing tired of the narrow biking visions in Japan & USA.
I thought with the best hill runs on the planet India would offer a
better selection of hybrid motorcycles. So, upon thinking India is more clever than Japan or USA, why do I run face-to-face into a like-minded chap like you? Old Gods are laughing, yes?

I have bought an imported bike from Japan. They are commonly called "grey imports". You need to look at the bike carefully, apparently it's easy for the people to turn back the speedo'.

If it's from Japan, then they have laws that make it very expensive to re-register a vehicle after a certain amount of time and possibly kilometers. This means that it is cheaper to buy a new vehicle. This is a way that they reduce their pollution, with newer cars on the road.

This is how you get bikes with relatively low k's on them.

I bought one 3 years ago and it's great.
