Is PCA [from Zoey 101] a real school?

In a sense, it is kind of a real school but kind of not a real school. The outside shots of it you see during the episodes are of a real school but the shots inside of the school are usually shot in a studio. I don't recall the actual name of the school they shoot at for outside shots of it - though. In regards to outside shots - that includes a lot of scenes that would be close to the school in the show as well.
