I'm just going by what he told me here.

has to do with a bunch of talking dogs and cats. its a cartoon. there is a chihuahua dog that talks like cheech marin. there is also a chihuahua who smokes a big cigar. there is also apparently a "scruffy" dog who at one point sings the song "Life is a Highway". apparently also the chihuahua who talks like cheech marin at one point says "if this is torture, chain me to the wall" and at the end the dog is chained to a wall..

I know I'm pretty vague but I'd really like to know which movie he is talking about. I've already tried IMDB. thanks

Oliver & Company.

But it doesn't have 'Life is a Highway' in it. That song didn't come out until 1992, and this is an 80's movie. It does have a pretty rockin' song by Billy Joel called 'Why Should I Worry'.

Well Spencer, if Cheech Marin is in the movie. Do a Google search on "Cheech Marin" and research his whole filmography. I'm sure that you will find what you are looking for.

Aparently Susan from Desparate Housewives (appears and personality) and Victoria Beckham (when she was a Spice woman and had some meat on her bones and a Bob haircut), which is quiet flattering, however i have additionally been likened to Jim Dale (aka Dr Nookie from carry On health care professional!!) Oh, well, you need to take the difficult withe the smooth.
