what if you have a best friend kissed on the cheek and then all of the sudden he totally ignores you. he says he just wants to take a break. he hangs out with meaner peeople and then he says he doesn' hand out with girls anymore. what do i do.he was my best friend.........

Something is going on with him that he probably hasn't figured out yet. That happens a lot in this situation. This even suggests to me he may be starting to drink or do some drugs to cover up his other bad feelings and doesn't want to involve you. Let him know you are there for him when he wants to be a friend again. But don't stop your life. Go out, enjoy your friends, date, do hobbies, get better grades at school.

s'ok...take a breath. sounds like he probably likes you too, although he doesnt know how to handle it. Tell him again, that as his best friend you love him and friends dont take breaks from each other. If he is hanging with the meaner peeps then sounds like he is letting pressure get to him. Its tough being a teenager....give him some space and let him know you're still his friend.

Talk to him, he doesn't know what to think, even if you like him tell him that what happened was alright, but you two were such good friends you want to just forget about it. He prob wants to do that so if you suggest it, it will be almost the same again.

you should ask him whether you did something that he didn't like and apologize for it..try to find out the reason..but if he still stick with his decision to ignore you then let him go..friendship needs two people to maintain it..
