well the last 3 nights in a row ive been having nightmares. and they arent the cool ones. the 1st one was i geuss a scavanger hunt where if i dont find everything within 3 hours id die and i couldnt use a weapon wile finding the objects. i cant remember the whole thing but it ended pretty wierd... the 2nd one was pretty much about zombies... which doesnt seem scary but the whole dream was scary... and the one last night i was a passanger in a vehicle and it was dark and raining out. and i go down a dead end so when i turn around i decide to start speeding. and it ended with me crashing the car and going through the windshield and when i woke up i caught myself saying oh sh*t.... any way to stop having the bad dreams and get a full night of sleep?

It seems that you are worrying about something (consciously or unconsciously). I say stop procrastinating (putting it off until tomorrow or the next day or the next). Deal with it immediately no matter how small.

If that doesn't work. Wash your feet with water before sleeping or use a few drops of Lavender or Chamomile scented lotion spread it in your hands and around your neck.
