My wife told me 2 weeks ago she wants a divorce, that she doesn't love me any more. She has been to a lawyer and started the paperwork for the divorce. Through all of this we are still talking - we want to make this civil because we have 2 children. She has also told me, although with a lot of prodding and digging in phone records from me, that she is talking to another man. She says that she really connects with him and I can see her really light up when she is talking about him. She has made it very clear that we are not going to be getting back together. So is it bad that we have had sex 3 of the last 4 nights? And we have discussed keeping that part of our relationship open, at least until either one of us gets serious with someone else. Let me state again there is no chance of us getting back together.

First of all, if both of you want it, GREAT! Have fun with that and enjoy it as long as it lasts. If it starts to complicate things it is probably time to quit and move on.
As far as Mt_Hopper's comments above, there is something wrong with you, dude. Who said anything about "Revenge Sex" and "Rape"? Men like you seriously scare me.

because after a marriage end each person should take time to get to know onself before starting a new relationship

Actually this is normal.
The more tension, the more emotion, the more the need for a release.
Also the closer to the end, the less consequenses.

Don't think about the sex as if you don't want to do something she might hate. Think of it as I wanna do everything she will hate. Hell, if she's divorcing you and still wants sex, it's almost like giving you permission to rape her.

with someone that made it very clear that the marriage is ove
and that she talking to someone else. if it over then let it be
