I hated the ending. They should have fished her out of the water and found out she had amnesia. This after life stuff is for the birds. It is just a way to get Denny back on the show for a couple of episodes. 9 will get you 10 that her mother will be the key to her coming out of her hypothermia.
The only brilliant part of the whole show was when Izzie opened up and in the course of her diatribe told George he messed up marrying Callie. You have to know he is thinking what makes her think that. Hmmm.
Christina was also good in the way she fell apart in that scene. Meredith is "her person". That was some pretty tight writing there.
But all in all I wanted them to go amnesia and not out of body experience.

It was great. The only thing I found wrong is when McDreamy saved Meredith they were not drenched wet, they were almost dry, directors need to keep an eye on that, it's not like Meredith weights a lot that a little bit of water was going to make her too heavy.
To respond to the one that said that Meredith will be revived as well as the show, I'm sorry but the show has never been below the number 2 in the ratings.

I didn't get to watch tonight, I can't wait till tomorrow, BUT if what I am seeing is true they had better not kill her off. How could they have a "Grey's" Anatomy without Meredith Grey. UGH! I will be so upset if they do, just when her and Derek were making some progress.

I really don't know. I can't believe they would kill her off.....she's the main one! But they ARE killing someone off (per eonline, Kristin Veitch).....so who else would it be? I have to believe she'll live somehow or else the show wouldn't be the same and I'm sure the ratings would go down the toilet. I can't wait til next week!

Loved it like all the other episodes also liked Izzy's trauma on the ferry and her little speech at the end of the show.
