"documents and settings" is NOT your "my documents" folder. they are two totally different things.

Wow. Probably you shouldn't even be looking in there.
Just go to the top of this page, click on "Tools", "Internet Options..." Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Clear History once in a while.
Or go download this http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/
