Even if you don't have his/her (employer) experience certificate the pay in slip/ bank cheques that were issued to you by him/her during the tenure of your work with him/her is sufficient proof of you employment with him/her for the period.

Appeal to his good sense. Take it up with his superior officer. If you have the proof, send a notice demanding the certificate. If it is a government office or an organisation funded by the government, you seek the information about your application for experience certificate, under the provisions of Right to Information Act.

You can not do anything. It will be a exprience for you. You can get experience from 1 and certificate from other. You can go to any printer / computer for assistance.

not a problem do you have an appointment letter,us it as a proof of your employement with that company,dont force them,if you have disclosed them you are leaving the job they will defenatly not give it to you, ask for a ceractor certifecate.dont forge the company letterhead they can launch police complaint against you.if you have the orignal letter head of the company you can us it .
