I have lived in suburbs for most of my life. I notice how people always think we have money and we are stuck up.

I can tell you this is not the case. The burbs I live in are pretty well financially and culturally diversed.

Additionlaly people always talk about the city being dangerous and full of seedy people looking to take advantage of you.

How accurate are these views?

There are some parts of the city being dangerous just as it is in the suburb. The only difference that I see is the houses in the city is so close together, while the suburbs they are not that way in some places. I lived in the city and suburbs, and to me both has their good points and bad points.

Depends on the city and the suburb you are talking about. My suburb high school has the highest drug use in the state, yet it is still a suburb.
