I would just say play as much as you can. Getting in some practice matches will get you into your natural rhythm again fast. It will also bring back your sence of drive for victory. Work on the parts of your game that you're not comfortable with after a day of playing. (ie. serve, volley).

you can improve rapodly in 3 days, but you really need to practice consistently over a long period of time.

instead of starting a few days before try starting a few months or at least a few weeks b4...becuz repitition's everything...so drill, drill drill man...play as many matches and hit as many balls as u can

take practice matches actually work on serves cause thats usually wuts most inconsistent
