Some people don't realize that they are super annoying or bothering you in some way. If they continue to bother you, try to stay out of their way or let them know that they are bothering you and how they are bothering you. They might be hurt at first, but this same thing may be happening to others as well. good luck.

Tough question to answer, but it's safe to say that in large part our history makes up our behaviors. There's also hormones and the state of current relationships.
