is there a way i can stop it from changing or make it go higer?---without getting castrated?!

u cant change ur voice u must b goin threw puberty most of th times win boyz voices change its gettin deeper and make them sound sexy dont try 2 change u jus let it ride it might turn out good

You could try taking hormones, but I doubt your doctor would prescribe them without a very good reason. Work on your falsetto and accept the inevitable: not everyone can be a tenor.
