Oh my goodness! You hvae three times the excitement on the way. Was this an IVF (in-vetro) pregnancy? Regardless, I'm sure that when they're in your arms you'll imagine how you ever would have felt complete with just one.
For names, I tend to like more traditional, feminine names, so I hope that one of the following names or combinations works for you. Feel free to contact me for more, too!
Norah Beth
Isabelle Annette
Bella Smith (family name)
Ellie Kay
Shelby Anne
Annabelle Leigh
Hazel Marie
Elise Rebecca
Lily Katharine
Lillian May
Madeline Renae
Delaney Michelle
Elena Christine
Sadie Jo
Bethany Lynn
Elaine Ryanne
Elsie Marie
Greta Kay
Sophia Laine
Olivia Nicole
McKenzie Lynn
Laine Ashley
Violette Mae
Natalie Reese
Avery Michelle
Iris Elaine
Amber Lynette
My advice is to keep Adam in the back of your mind, too! my sister had 3 ultrasounds (long story) that confirmed she was having two boys and lo and behold... there was a girl! You never know for certain what you'll get.
Best of luck to you and I hope that the birth goes smoothly and painlessly!

Good luck. I have identical twin boys (Caden & Canyon) that are almost two and another boy who is almost 5. I thought I had my hands full. I sure hope you have lots of help lined up. My mom basically lived with us for the first 3 months...talk about a blessing!! I would have gone crazy without her help...even with her there, we were always exhausted!! Make sure you don't worry too much about the extra cleaning and other stuff like that that can be put off. Take this time to enjoy your three beautiful girls!!
If my twins would have been girls, they would have been Caris Lynae and Cadence Elisabeth.

I once met a little girl named Amaya Grace and I thought it was the cutest name ever.
Amanda Leigh is a classic, if you like it.
I can also suggest Marina, Cathryn, Amarylis (yes, I obviously like names that start with an A) and Carla Marie.
If you'd like something a bit different, there's also Eloïse Sarah.
I can't think of anything else right now, but I'll edit this post if I find anything else.

OH MY WORD! the names that people are suggesting are SO tacky and gross! Each of your babies will be a unique individual. You will treat them them like individuals so please name them as such. Cute matching or rhyming names will be cute for the first year, then it will be lame. 5 years later it will be sad, and 10 years after that it will be social suicide. Forget the trendy names, the "unique" spellings, the names that only work if they are said with the other two names. Pick classic, timeless names that will look good on a business card when your daughters grow up ;)
I love my niece's names...
Laura Alexandra
Ava Claire
Kate Elizabeth

LOL two boys/three girls ... nearly the same ...not!
Families I know who have 3 girls have called them:
Bronwyn, Julie, Susan;
Sophie, Ainsley, Cara;
Belinda, Caitlyn, Breanna;
Joanne, Erin, Alison.
I liked (but had boys with slightly less fancy names!):
Tia Katherine, Anneleise Dawn, Kadey Jo.
To keep everyone happy you could use your name, your mother's name and your mother-in-law's name; or variations.
If you happen to have 2 sisters yourself, you could use your name and theirs as middle names.
You could look for famous ladies born in that month. If it's April here's a start:
Debbie Reynolds, Doris Day, Jane Goodall, Bette Davis, Loretta Lynn, Hayley Mills, Jayne Mansfield, Jessica Lange, Catherine the Great, Queen Elizabeth II, Shirley Temple, Barbra Streisand, Queen Mary II.

and lots of other sites!

I like H names:
Haylee
Hannah
Heather
Hope
Heidi
Hazel
Or I also like the A, B, C idea:
Amber
Brielle
Cassie
Or something like that.
For twin girls I like Melissa and Kristina, because they can be Krissy and Missy when it's cute, but they have other options when it's not so cute anymore. Maybe Larissa for the third? Rissy? But Larissa and Melissa kinda rhyme.
