first off, i am really sick of the media & this battle with her body. She is DEAD. Ya'll should just let it be. These people fighting over what they say "Dannielynn" newborn baby is crap. I think Anna Nicole's mom & these unknown guys claiming to be the father just wants Anna's money & estate. I honestly believe that Howard K. Stern is the father & he deserves Anna's money & estate. He has been with her for a long time. If you watch her reality show, you will see that her life has been with Howard K. Stern & that she stated she hates her mom & the rest of the family in Texas. She didn't want anything to do with them. She stated her immediate family is considered her son Daniel & Howard K. Stern (her attorney) & now boyfriend. So, i think this whole fight about her body, money & estate needs to stop. These people have no respect at all & are just claiming because they all want her money $$$. Bunch of money hungry crazy people. GET A LIFE!

Your answers give me a headache, just like the media. No one knows their lives but THEM, not you. I understand where your coming from but I will have to disagree with you on some issues. First, Howard K Stern was not married to Anna Nicole Smith he was just a boyfriend. Second, Howard K Stern might of been there for Anna but she's dead along with her son, so I don't have much respect for him nor does other people. Third, why is he holding the DNA test if she says the child is his. If they would let the DNA test go through the sooner the baby can move on with her life. This isn't about Howard K Stern this is about Dannielynn! Maybe if Howard K Stern grew up and let the DNA test go on the media wouldn't have anything to speculate. The body of Anna Nicole should be right next to her son in the Bahamas that's the way Anna herself wanted when she was alive wished it would be. I can't believe Anna's mother can't even respect her last wish of where to rest. In the end, of the day this is about Dannielynn and people should think about it that way.

I totally agree bury her next to her son do the paternity test so everyone knows who the father is and let him raise the baby the way she would have wanted I think that it is positively sickening to think that Anna Nicole's mother could potentially raise her baby I mean this is the woman that has never had a nice thing to say about Anna Nicole and hasn't had any contact with her in over ten years and when Anna Nicole talked about her mother you could see in her eyes how much she hated the woman. I think if Howard K stern was the father, he would've been the one going to the doctor with her when she first found out she was pregnant. The other guy who claims to be the dad went with her for the first 3 months of her pregnancy.
Everyone needs to be tested to know for sure who the father is. The baby needs to know her real father.
As for Anna's estate and money, i think it should all be put in a trust fund for Dannielynn. No one should get it except her. Howard K Stern may have been in Anna's life for a long time, but she was not married to him by law. Unless hes the dad of Dannielynn, he shouldnt get anything either.

I agree with everything but Howard being the father....if YOU really watched her reality show, you would have seen that all Howard did was follow her around like a puppy in heat...he was a gofer for her and her friends and jumped when she said to jump...he may have loved Anna, but in the end, he did her a terrible misjustice by feeding into her substance abuse and keeping her all drugged up so that he and ONLY he was the one she started to depend on...to me, that is not LOVE, and if she really loved him, she wouldn't have needed to be under the influence of anything....I'm sure she thought that was her escape from her sad and painful life, but if you are in love, your man doesn't enable you, he's supposed to protect and help you fight your demons by other means....and as far as wanting $$, your man, Howard, who by the way, professed his undying love for her, was making $$ doing interviews with ET within 36 hours hours of her death,,,NOW THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL......yes, may she finally find the peace she was unable to find in her time here on earth....
And to you Sugar Bear...you probably have a headache from all of your assumptions....get over yourself, if you can't take the answers that you get, stop using this site...apparently, you only want answers that agree with your opinion....and by the way, YOU are the one pointing fingers!

I think the child's father should get custody of the baby, whoever that may be! I think the money should go into a trust for the child until she is 18. I definitely agree that everyone is money hungry! The trust should solve that. Whoever the child's father is should not have access to that money. They should be able to raise the child on their income.

i argee let her rest i am sick of the whole thing and her mom just want to be on tv leave anna alone becaues i feel that the media did not let her be after her son died and all these people coming otu lelf and right to claim they loved her but the news and the insider put her name in the mud i think she sould be buried next to her son and i feel bad for thay 5 month old baby do the test and if her boyfriend is the dad he sould take her and raise her but i don't think anna nicole smith don't want her mom to get the baby.

I totally agree, and it totally doesn't belong on the news anymore. What is this comparing her to Princess Di? Sure, she was famous for being famous, but she wasn't Di. She wasn't royalty, because if she were we wouldn't be forced to watch people battle over her child it'd be written in STONE who'd be getting that money.
