Oh, I thought that you wanted to know if nationalities should be capitalized; yes, they should.
Koreans look nothing like Japanese and there are several different regions of Chinese. Maybe you should just take a trip to each country. Oh wait, China is communist and probably won't let you in.

arrrgh uhhm, I can tell a for the most part. I have flown all three airlines, and there is a slight difference between China, Korean, and Japan Airlines. It seems to me that Chinese have a little more chub in their face and the features are a little softer. As for Koreans and Japaneze they tend to have a more structured face from a Chinese person and seem to be a little taller. Korea and Japan are just across a small distance of water so my theory is that they are historically related thus making it harder to distiguish. Its hard to describe the differences between them, I can just tell.

Chinese tend to have round heads and a yellowish complexion. Koreans usually have slim faces and are pale in skin tone. Japanese also have round heads but paler complexion than the Chinese and there eyes are more open.

honestly, it took me a long time to do it. Some like chinese, korean,mongolian,japanese are relatively easy to tell apart...but not always........

Oh yeah! That's something you really need be able to do. What are you going to do when you figure out how it's done? Maybe you could learn how to tell all the native americans apart. Or maybe you could study how to tell latin americans from one another, or europeans. Be sure to let everybody know how it turns out.

You people are funny... Seriously, are you all trying to mislead the readers on this thread??? Only asians can tell the difference. So stop wasting your time trying to distinguish chinese from japanese or vise versa...
