That is a hard one I wish that sometimes our intelligence was not based on test some people are just not good test takers. I suck at taking standardized test too, but I find that if I relax and go with the answer I mark first as in go with my gut I am usually right. Also eat foods that will help you stay focused like oatmeal and fruits and veggies never eat big before a test. exercise your brain do not just study study study all the time. The way you exercise you brain believe it or not is to day dream. Also laugh or try to each a little chocolate before you take the test it releases natural endorphins that make you consensually work better. Hope that this helps.

First, there are practice booklets for the really IMPORTANT standardized tests like the SAT, the ACT, the LSAT, etc. And the link can give you some ideas on how to handle the pressure you put on yourself.

relaxe and clear your mind. get a good nights sleep and dont worry abut the test. if you get good grades the chances of your passing the standardized tests are good. you cannot really study for a standardized test anyways . make sure you have a good breakfast/lunch, and rememebr to breathe. dont put so much pressure on yourself about the tests oh i know they are important dont get me wrong but relaxe and it will be fine.

just don't approach it as a "big standardized test". i just think of tests like that as homework or something, but i just have to know everything. just calm down and be confident that you're going to pass the test.

There is a fear of testing and most schools have classes that actually deal with that very thing. Talk to your guidance counsellor.
