hot topic has a ton of cute little slip-on sneaker-style shoes, i have black ones with bright blue stars and white rubber toes/treads [like the front of a converse chuck taylor]
old navy usually has sparkly flats, payless has a lot of adorable shoes, if you look really hard.

I've seen them in Target, Payless and even Walmart. Depends on how much you wish to spend or the style. If not you can check on zappos.com for some.
