I have applied to Masters degree in around 12 Colleges in the USA. I've been waiting for admission decisions and I'm worried since I haven't received any mails notifying my status of application. Should I talk to the Universities or wait for a while?

The Council on Graduate Education provides a guideline for graduate schools recommending that all notifications be made by April 15.

Many programs notify applicants of decisions earlier, but it is only mid-February! You should hear from many programs by mid-March and early April.

You are welcome to contact the Director of Graduate Studies of each program to ask for a more concrete timetable, but it is VERY early! My advice is to relax, and realize it will be a while before decisions are made.
