The period is a safe time - the poster who said it was a risk needs to attend health class again.

Blood can mask fertile cervical fluid which means THE GIRL COULD BE FERTILE!!!! I would recommend the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility for more information, but just don't have unprotected sex. Please don't listen to those people who have the blanket statement that "yes, you can have sex during the end your period". It is partly, but not completely true. Dangerous... By the way, this is assuming you were talking about unprotected sex of course. Protected is fine whenever.

You can but that would be a big risk that you're taking. If you're not ready for kids then I wouldn't recomment that. You should wait until the menstrual blood is completely gone or you will put yourself at risk for having an "unwanted" pregnancy

You can have sex at any time, just remember to use protection if you don't want to get pregnant.

If you dont know the answer to this question then you must not be old enough or mature enough to be having sex, so stop.
