Take a extracurricular class at a local college or university. Look up old friends from myspace and try and reconnect. Make sure you introduce yourself to there friends when you hang out. Go for a run at the local park. Join a church group.

Get involved in activities at your church. If you don't have a Church visit area Church's until you find one you like.
Join professional clubs which relates to your profession.
Join local social clubs
Join hunting clubs.
Join Fishing clubs.
Join physical fitness clubs.
Join sports clubs i.e. like soccer club, tennis club. country club (if you like gold)
Get involved in your company's sports teams.
Get a part time job as greeter at Wal Mart's (just kidding about that one)
