well im not havin sex with anyone at the moment, im on it to regulate my period i was just wondering.

Well, let me give you an example: I have two children and got pregnant with both of them while I was taking the pill and never missed taking them. Both times at the point of conception, alcohol was also present...so go,figure.

I think they technically tell you that, but I took my birth control pills and drank (lots) through college and never once did I ever have a pregnancy scare! I am however having problems getting pregnant now, so maybe I had problems then too!
Anyway, some people are more fertile than others, those fertile women may get pregnant under these circumstances, when an average person wouldn't!
In my opinion, saying that drinking decreases it is the same as listing all of the side effects on the paper. Because 1 in 500 women may experience it, they have to list it!

Yes. I was told that by my Gyn.

If you drink while you're on the Pill, the pill is less effective.

Don't believe anyone who says it is not true.

yes it is true..the alcohol works against the BC

no, the alcohol has no effect on the pill whatsoever, google it...but don't chase the pill w/alcohol, chase it with water...

no not true but the alcohol may affect u n ur foetus.
