By itself, there’s nothing wrong with the word “ones” as a plural: “surrounded by her loved ones.”

However, “this one” should not be pluralized to “these ones.” Just say “these."

"This button is the prettiest of these"

No. To refer to a group it can be written "these."

It's not incorrect but it's redundant. Simply "these" is better usage.
