recorded a tv show using a SVHS tape in my regular VHS player would the picture quality be better or the same as a regular VHS tape. i know that a SVHS tape is ment to go with a SVHS player but would the quality be better in a standard VHS player? I know it wouldnt be equal to a SVHS recording but would it be at least a little bit better than a regular vhs recording? K thanks

Hi Mrs Kirk,

I enjoyed your husbands adventures for years.

The quality difference isn't noticeable. Any VHS tape will give you about the same quality in a standard VHS burner. If you already have the tape use it but do not pay a premium for a special tape. You won't be able to tell them apart.

I used some "super" tapes in mine and they came out the same. If your concern is quality you need to think about burning DVD's
