Good heavens yes! Easter is the Celebration of the Resurrection and Christmas is the Celebration of Christ's birth into the human family.

Yes Christians should celebrate both holidays. The passover/resurrection and the birth of Christ are Christian holidays and are meant to be celebrated. Jesus is the reason for the season!! I believe that those who choose not to believe in Christian holidays should be made to work on the holy days such as these and also on Sundays. Why are they taking days off that are Christian days? When looking for Santa clause or the easter bunny, than forget it. That is not what the holidays are meant to be. A pagan holiday is Halloween. We'll let those who said (no) to this question have that day off.

No, they should not celebrate them because it is not biblical, in fact the word Easter does not appear in the original Hebrew language, it should be Passover (Pesach) instead. These two holidays are Pagan. When Messiah returns, he will not be looking for eggs, instead He will be celebrating Passover and all of the Holy Days that are written in the bible.

Christians believe in god and all of that so why not?
Wouldn't that be a bit rude saying they can't celebrate the holiday?
Those who don't believe in God celebrate Christmas for the giving....or the receiving.
It's a bit rude and ...anti-lovelike for you to say they can't celebrate .
Would the God or the Father condone such rudeness?

And why not? Easter is Jesus' resurrection and Christmas is His birth. But if you're referring to the pagan practices associated with them, then you might have a point.

Of course they should! Easter is when Jesus Christ died on the cross for all our sins and arose the third day. Christmas is the birth of Jesus Christ. Without Jesus in our lives, we are nothing. Only by believing in Him and His Father which is God could we have eternal life in Heaven where there isn't any more pain or suffering but eternal peace and eternal love.

Do you believe in Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior that He died on the cross for your sins? If you believe in Him and His Father which is God, you shall live in paradise which is Heaven.

YES!!!!!! Christmas is Christ's birthday, therefore we should celebrate the life of our savior.
Easter is the day Jesus rose from dead and defeated death and the devil so, once one again, we should celebrate the life of our savior. We should also celebrate the fact that if you truly believe, you have eternal life.

Of course. They are their holidays. If Christians avoided everything that could somehow be related to Paganism, they wouldn't be allowed to do anything.

Why not? Put it under the blood and authority of the Messiah and there you go. Enough said. What? The blood of Christ isn't good enough? Better think again.
