The Klingon language (tlhIngan Hol in Klingon) is the constructed language spoken by Klingons in the fictional Star Trek universe. Deliberately designed by Marc Okrand to be "alien", it contains many peculiarities, such as Object Verb Subject (OVS) word order. The basic sound (along with a very few words) was first devised by James Doohan for Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

A small number of people, mostly dedicated Star Trek fans or language aficionados, can converse in Klingon. However, its vocabulary, heavily centered on Star Trek or 'Klingon' concepts such as "spacecraft" or "warfare", makes it impractical for everyday use.

Please tell me you're joking.....

Ok, if you're not joking, it's all right - I can understand someone somewhere would not know, so this could be a legitimate question.

To the best of my knowledge, while there is a Klingon dictionary/encyclopedia, I do not think anyone has perfected the language translation, let alone taken the time to master more than a mere handful of words or phrases. It is a make believe language, and only someone with no life and more time on their hands than anyone else would even really bother trying to master it.

I hate to be so brutal, but better the honest truth than someone lying to you, and getting your hopes up for nothing.

There are some that do. It is a common enough thing that some hospitals have someone on call that can speak it. There is, I have seen, a Star Trek themed bar in the state of washington that has Karaoke in Klingon...and believe me there is little as disturbing as watching a drunken Klingon in full dress and makeup singing "you are my sunshine".
